At Zonate, every timepiece is built to our own strict standards for quality and durability. We rigorously test our watches throughout production. Specifically, our patented bezel system has been engineered to endure over 10000 bezel swaps without failure.

Before leaving our hands, each bezel is individually tested to ensure it can be effortlessly swapped.

We understand that performance claims should be backed, not just stated. That's why every purchase from Zonate comes with a three-year extended warranty from the date of purchase.

Our three-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects and materials, this includes bezel not failing out.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Battery lifespan - battery life is 3 years but varies.
• Normal wear and tear, aging or cosmetic damage.
• Damage cause by improper handling or accidents
• Water damage resulting from use beyond the watch's rated ATM (atomspheres) water resistance.
• Damage caused by repairs, servicing or modifications. 'If work results in damage, responsibility repair costs lies with the service provider who performed the work.
