We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer an extended return & exchange period of 60 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

• Unused - Trying on is of course allowed
• Returned in the original packaging with protective sticks on
• In the same condition as when you received it

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria

When the package is received please allow 1-2 days to process it. If return is approved a full refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

To return your order Follow steps below

1. To submit a return request, contact support@zonate.com to receive a free return label. It will be provided within the same day.
2. Repack your products and attach the label to the outside of the package
3. Return the package through a service point of the same carrier that delivered it to you
