1. Introduction
1.1 - These Terms of Use apply when you, as an individual (“you”), make a purchase on www.zonate.com (“Website”) or any other related website. When you make a purchase, an agreement is established between you and JASS Holding ApS, a Danish company with registration number 27967493, located at Solrød Strandvej 77, 2680 Solrød, Denmark (“Zonate”).
Before making a purchase from our Website, please ensure that you have read and understood these Terms of Use. You must agree to these Terms to complete your purchase.
1.2 - You must be of legal age in your country to use this Website and make a purchase. If you are under the legal age, you may only make a purchase with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

2.1 - Zonate only sells to individual consumers on the Website.
2.2 - After making a purchase, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided in connection with the purchase. The confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement between you and Zonate is established only when we send a shipping confirmation email.
2.3 - We reserve the right to cancel your order at any stage if we suspect any attempt to cheat or defraud Zonate. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 - If the prices or product information on the Website are incorrect, and either Zonate or you discover this, those prices or information are not valid for the purchase. We will contact you if this occurs.
3.2 - When making a purchase on our Website, Shopify Payments processes the transactions. This means Zonate do not have access to your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely and in compliance with strict banking standards. There is no additional charge for card payments unless your bank imposes a fee.
3.3 - All prices listed on the Website include VAT.
3.4 - When you place an order, the purchase amount will be reserved on your account. Zonate will debit the purchased amount once the product(s) have been shipped from our office.
4. Promo Codes, Special Offers and Gifts
4.1 - Promo codes must be entered during the checkout process; they cannot be applied after purchase.
4.2 - If you return product(s) purchased with a special offer or gift, you may no longer qualify for the offer. In such cases, you must return the gift or the value will be deducted from your refund.

8.1 - All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, videos, and software, is the property of Zonate or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, design, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 - The interchangeable bezel mechanism used in Zonate watches is protected by patent. Any reproduction, reverse engineering, manufacture, sale, or distribution of products incorporating this patented technology without the express written consent of Zonate is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
9. Inspection of Goods
It is important that you check the products you have received to verify that they are correct and have not been damaged during transport. If the product is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at support@zonate.com within 30 days of receipt.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
Zonate shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government actions, new or amended laws, war, fire, flood, natural disasters, labour disputes, supply shortages, transport disruptions, or acts of criminal activity affecting our operations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
